Just went to this gym for the first time and loved it! Awesome old school feel, and when you're there, you're there to work. Natalie and Richard Lord were so welcoming and kind as well. Highly recommend checking the gym out :)

This is definitely a place that suits some people and not others. Worth checking out if you are nearby, since the price is better than other gyms. This gym had a very informal, but authentic feel. The class I took was mostly conditioning. The volunteer instructor then offered to give personalized instruction to anyone who wanted to stick around. I was the only one in the class who took him up on the offer. He was very nice and tough as a rock and gave me some good pointers as a complete beginner. Good experience, but I wish there were other students I could have trained with as well. Also, Richard Lord himself snuck up from behind me like a jaguar and gave me a light punch in the kidney. That was a 10/10 experience for me.

I don't train here but the guys here helped me push my car into the Orielys parking lot when it died in the middle of the driveway. Thank you so much for kindness and compassion.

I think that this is an incredibly good boxing gym. I have had many positive experiences when doing the stretch class, then run afterwards. Richard Lord's is one of the best for getting into shape. There's no messing about or excuses. This place is all about building serious strength through serious training.
