I have had already two great experiences with nurse Cassie, she listens to my concerns, she explains the treatments thoroughly and clearly and with all the details about what to expect, with deep understanding of products and technique, so professional! Vanessa at the front desk is super sweet and very attentive. 100% recommended.

First time going to river oaks med spa. Staff was very welcoming and my aesthetician, Elle, explained everything thoroughly. Had the laser genesis and my skin is already feeling tighter and my redness has dissipated. Would 100% recommend seeing Elle for all aesthetic treatments. Will be back for a hydrafacial!

The consultation was thorough, and she took the time to explain everything so I felt completely informed. She truly listened—what I hoped to achieve, what I wanted to avoid—and delivered results that exceeded my expectations. I’m absolutely in bliss with my new lips and can’t recommend Cassie or this med spa enough!
