I've been diagnosed with Parkinson since 2020. I've been actively attending and participating in the Rock City boxing program for the last 3 years. Rock Steady has not only helped me manage my Parkinson's physically, but is giving me an opportunity to be a part of a community where I can be accepted and supported in my efforts to be healthy and independent. I can't say enough about the kindness and the support of the staff as well as they're knowledgeability about overcoming Parkinson's by boxing.

Treats affiliates poorly. They incorporated a noncompete into their agreement. Support was limited. CEO is a real piece of work. Start your own Parkinson's program rather than paying these folks. Just research online and you can learn what you need. Avoid their affiliate program.

I’m a “cornerman” and take a friend with Parkinson’s to Rock Steady and participate in the workouts. It’s a caring and amazing place for people at all levels of abilities. It’s so good to get out and be with people fighting for their well being. Highly recommend that “Parkies” give it a good try at least!!
