I work odd hours, so having a rehearsal space available so late is great for me. It was a nice experience, with AC. Can't ask for too much more. I'll just have to book a longer session next time.

I wish I found this rehearsal space sooner; I would have come every night I was in town to practice. It was difficult finding a space that offered a full drum kit with cymbals. Other places I checked out either had monthly rates only, or you had to bring your own cymbals. Coming from out of town, that wouldn't work for me. The space was roomy with everything you needed to hook up your laptop or any instrument you play. I was able to get in for an hourly rate which was super affordable. I went in late from 11pm - 2am and what impressed me most is that Patrick acknowledged that I was a woman out late alone and he let me know he was one phone call away if I needed him and ensured the door was locked for my safety. If I ever make it back to Austin, I will definitely stop here to practice! Thanks!!!

Owner opened up the room for us on time. The PA and AC both worked. I was also glad that the room had guitar wall hangers. Great jam session; would use the rehearsal space again.

Great place to practice if you live up north! Patrick (owner) is very nice and helpful. Mics in the room as well as set up drum kit. Minimum of 2hrs to practice. Rents out PA systems too!!🤘🏽
