My daughter’s and I got to Rock’s right at opening today (Sunday). We were greeted upon entering and asked if we needed any help. I told him that I was coming in for pre workout. Jon questioned us on what we were taking and suggested a few different options. We came from Kerrville which is an hour away even though I know supplements can be shipped. We all 3 got our InBody testing and Jon went over all of our results as well as how to make some improvements to see better results. We appreciated the individual attention to each of our analysis and also appreciated the knowledge that was shared. The big selection to chose supplements from was a huge plus.
