Duy Le was super attentive and dedicated to helping me pick a couch that was good for both my size and also the size of my townhome. He went through a ton of photos (stairs, hallway, etc.), annotated them, and gave me a ton of useful insight. When you buy something large and expensive, mistakes can be costly so I'm glad I had folks like him on the inside helping. He also looped back to me to check on the process and assist me when needed. Gordon Hollis was also very kind and helped to address some follow-ups post-delivery. It's great to call a phone number or email an address and have a human respond quickly and supportively in this AI age. The couch seems very comfy and I'm hoping it's good for years to come. I just received it a couple days ago so I can't attest to much but it seems very well built (you can tell it's premium) and I've enjoyed hanging out on it. I'm hoping investing in a nice couch will help do my part to minimize furniture in landfills and, of course, improve my TV watching experience :).

Wow. The best customer service. I ordered a sofa (good quality) but it didn’t work for my space and I was able to return it (wasn’t custom). Then I ordered a different sofa but changed my mind. Called them and a human answered right away and canceled the order (wasn’t scheduled to be built for 6 weeks). She was able to complete the cancellation and confirm the refund to my back in less than 5 minutes. I decided to so another way with the sofa but I will go there first for other purchases. 10/10 would recommend.

The rug, the dining table and chairs and the console table in the photo are from Room and Board. David at this store helped choose the material, pattern and color (of course for free). He helped me twice and was always welcoming and professional. The delivery was done by their own employees who were the best. The quality of the furniture is for-life, which is not so common these days.

I went to see if there was any good couch i could see. I love the quality and design of the furniture and products they carry. The crew was nice and accommodating with all the questions I had. I will come back and get the couch I liked soon. :)

Huge place with tons of well themed rooms. Quality product, very friendly welcoming staff. They also have some unique pieces of arts that has limited edition. It os more like high end furniture, compare to the quality price is t too expensive either. They leather felt really nice, and I’ve been to different furniture stores to compare. Some of the bedroom set ups were so nice I wish that set up by the windows was my room. It gives you very quiet environment so I could concentrate and think about how I wanted to set up my room. Also got some great idea from the room set up here. I was here for kids desk, they didn’t have too much selection of kids desk. Overall I definitely recommend checking this place out.
