Michelle, our sales rep was wonderful. I could not ask for better service hands-down amazing. She gets five stars, however When it came time to pay, we wanted to pay with a firm rooms to go would’ve been paid at 100%. They were insistent upon putting 20% down when we should not have To pay 20% two rooms to go plus the portion we have to pay down for affirm. We proceeded to leave my daughter was called overhead to come back. Everything ended up working itself out but when we return to pick up our sofa after already being frustrated with the situation from the day before, this is what I had to look at in order to call for service. Please see picture below.

The entire team at this location was amazing!! Aida was great at pointing me in the right directions for new and floor models. Kyle was also very friendly and will do great as a sales person! I have to say though, Elizabeth, the manager was beyond amazing!! I found a matching set, and she exceeded my expectations, and now I have a fully furnished living room! Can’t wait for the first Sunday afternoon nap to be had on this beautiful sectional I have being delivered TODAY!! Thank you everyone!!
