Sabina did an amazing job cleaning my eyebrows. I didn’t feel a thing. I’ve been threading for 20 years and I have thick hair, and I cannot remember the last time I didn’t feel pain or got cut up! Sabina not only didn’t cut me but it was painless, I was amazed! If I didn’t live out of state, she would be my go to.

Renu has always been my go-to lady and always does my eyebrows exactly how I want, but this time there was a new worker named Dristi who completely ruined my experience. She cut my skin, made my eyebrows uneven (one round, one arched), and too thin. Dristi didn’t even welcome me when I walked in, and after I complained about my eyebrows being uneven, she didn’t say a single word not even goodbye. She didn’t care this is a business, and professionalism comes first. Roopa and Renu was always the best, but hiring someone so unprofessional is a big mistake. Train your new workers properly before letting them work on customers.

They did such a great job! As a guy coming for the first time I am very happy. I would highly recommend coming here and the prices are very fair. Thank you!

In the area for a month and needed threading done on my brows and other areas on my face. I'm always scared to go to new places for fear that I'll leave with no eyebrows. I went to a threading place near where I live in Silverlake, but the place was closed so I decided to go try Roopa's. I got in right away and I believe Jasmine helped me. She did amazing work on my brows and face! She shaped my brows and they look even fuller than before. She was also very meticulous and did a great job getting the small hairs. I think she was also the most gentle threader I've had. Extremely reasonable prices! I paid cash to avoid the tax with card. Will definitely come here again when I'm in the area!

Before I came to make eyelashes, I read the comments here. But I need to say this is my most terrible experience of eyelashes in Los Angeles. At the time of applying eyelashes, I only think why eyelashes are stuck to the eyelids, but I thought it was a different practice in each store, so I accepted it at the time. But in the process of applying, the staff dripped glue on my face and lower eyelashes, which made me very uncomfortable. The glue on the way irritated my eyes so much that I couldn’t open my eyes. But after the whole process, I walked back to the parking lot. The wind was strong outside and the eyelashes directly blew off my eyes... That‘s why there is the first photo. Later, I got home and took a nap. When I got up, I found that there was a hole in the middle of my eyelashes, just like the second picture. Final, I really thought it was too ugly. I removed it with a makeup remover and found that it could be easily removed it. I spent an hour and a half today, spent money on eyelashes, and 20 dollars parking fee, changed eyelashes for half a day? Oh, no! It’s sticky false eyelashes... Because employees do stick their eyelashes to my eyelids. It‘s really bad... It must be shared with everyone🥲🥲
