I have recently been working on updating my bathroom at my home. I painted the shower/tub myself and was happy with the results. I wanted to also update the fixtures as they were old and there was a slight drip coming from the tub spout which was slowly getting worse. I had used Roto-Rooter a few years ago to replace my water heater and they did a great job so I decided to contact them again to help me with this project. The technician, Ignacio, arrived within the time frame as promised by the customer service representative. After assessing the situation, Ignacio explained what was needed and answered all of my questions. He was very patient, courteous, and professional. When the job was finished, Ignacio went over some helpful additional information which I greatly appreciated. Ignacio’s work was excellent and his knowledge of the older setup that we have in place was impressive. He did a great job cleaning up the work area afterwards and showed great respect for my home which I appreciated. Everything now is working great and looks fantastic. I think Roto-Rooter is a great company and I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs you may have. The price was very reasonable too!

I've used this company several times. They are fast at arriving and are great at what they do. I was having an issue with drainage in my kitchen sink and my washing machine. Turns out it was my main sewage pipeline that needed to drained. Bi was very friendly and it took a couple of hours but he was able to successfully unclog it all. He was concerned that there might be an issue with the pipe but hopefully we can get it sorted out. For now my issue is resolved. It was a little pricy but such is life, it needed to be done to prevent even more issues. Great plumbing company!

Ryan and arselo were very pleasant. I explained my water heater problem to them and they were able to address the problem immediately. They were also very helpful in sharing information that could assist me in the future in keeping my water heater running properly

Ignacio was our tech today and he was excellent. He arrived early, was super knowledgeable, and super friendly too. All around super good dude. He fixed our shower super quick and was super fair in his pricing and assessment. Also, he laughed at my dad jokes, so that was a win haha.

The plumber Jose Cebrian was professional, courteous, and took the time to clearly explain what was happening with our Niagara toilet tank and why replacement was the best option. During the job, a couple of unexpected plumbing issues came up, and he addressed and fixed them thoroughly. He made sure everything was properly sealed and functioning correctly before finishing. I appreciated his patience, communication, and willingness to make sure the job was done right. Overall, a very positive experience.
