Went last week for some curtains and rods, asked for another set of rods which were brought out from the store. we're so grateful for this because our request was granted.And the man who attended to us was patient with me throughout, the customer service was topnotch. just can't stop telling people about this place, i'll surely return.

Worst place to shop at period!the owner and his son are very rude, please don't waste your time and effort to shop with them , they don't genuinely care for their customers all they care about is the money , worst customer service, my husband and I did not come in 6 weeks ago like you replied back. We were there on May 5 2024, which is only 2weeks ago as the receipt states and when we were finally going to install we discovered the beat up package you sold us was missing the brackets an anchors. We returned it as it was originally purchased from your store without opening it. God as my witness, you guys can surely lie. As for being rude to your uncle where were you?when we came in 2 minutes earlier with my husband when your uncle started raising his voice and yelling at us. We left the store and realized we have no need for a piece we wasted money on from you guys so left it back with you in your store. If you are calling your own product garbage. Then it shows you sell garbage. We purchased so many stuff and you can't expect people to install everything within the same week. We would not drive an hour away to come to your store if we did not see and error on your product. It was truly missing those pieces and it was returned the same way as we collected them. But you can lie to save face if you would like. Others will have yet to experience for them self. We rather leave you with your product that you are right to call garbage at your store because we cannot install something missing pieces. We rather lose our money from you than to take back a defective product without items necessary to install.

We went here to buy stuff for our home. We spent almost $300. We needed to exchange a double curtain rod due to the fact that it was missing the mounting brackets needed to put it on our wall and they refused to even though we kept and had our receipt. We were simply trying to exchange it as well as purchase more decor for our home but the man/owner gave us an extremely rude attitude and yelled at my wife and I. We were told we can exchange any of the items prior to purchase by his son, but that was not the case. We definitely will not be shopping here anymore. It was only a $20 curtain rod and they could have honored what they told us by swapping it out and would've had our future business, but they can kiss that goodbye. Rude and not worth spending a dollar here. So much for customer service and treating people with the utmost disrespect. Worst place of business. Save your money and go some place where your welcomed and your business is appreciated
