I just finished this program and received my CDL class a license. Keith, Dana, Michelle, and Ali were very caring and helpful. They worked with me completely on all the things I needed help with. Just completed my training at RTDS, and walked away with my CDL! Overall I had a very solid experience that I'd absolutely recommend to anyone serious about getting into trucking. The classroom instruction with Keith was a standout. He's clearly someone with a master-level depth of knowledge when it comes to trucking, regulations, and the realities of the road. What really made his class engaging were the stories -- real-world experiences that brought everything to life and made the material stick. Instead of just memorizing for a test, Keith made you excited about driving and confident about stepping into the industry. You can tell he genuinely cares about setting students up for success, not just passing them through. Out in the yard, Alli understood backing maneuvers and vehicle control can be stressful, but his patience made a huge difference. He took the time to explain things clearly, never rushed me, and truly meets you where you are skill-wise. He even provided some extra time when I needed it!! If you're nervous starting out (like most of us are), having an instructor like Alli makes all the difference. He stayed calm, encouraging, and focused on helping me improve without pressure. No school is perfect, but RTDS does a lot right, especially when it comes to the people teaching you. Because of that, I would confidently recommend RTDS to anyone looking to start their CDL journey with solid strong support.

Michelle and Dana in the front office are super nice, always there to help. My instructor Raphiel was super cool, takes his time and is with you every step of the way until you understand everything. Alicia was amazing!
