I’ve been going to Blu Salon in San Jose for my Brazilian treatments since 2021, and I've never been disappointed! I always book with Chrystal, and she is truly amazing, professional, attentive, and incredibly skilled. She consistently delivers beautiful results and really understands what my hair needs. The whole experience is wonderful from start to finish. The receptionist is so welcoming, kind, and thoughtful. She pays attention to every little detail and always makes me feel comfortable, even offering snacks and drinks during my appointment. Such a warm, professional, and relaxing place. Crystal is amazing! Best color highlight & cut of my life (age 68) Yes, more expensive, but the amount of time she spent, plus her extensive knowledge & talent, well worth it. Highly recommend
