Attended a wedding here. It was uncomfortably hot inside. It was only 72 degrees outside. Felt like 85 inside with stagnant humid air, 90+ for those of us wearing a suit/tuxedo. No air conditioning or fans to circulate the air. The back doors and the roof were open. That did not help the situation because the catering service was cooking in the back, just adding to the heat inside. If they had left the front doors open, the cool breeze could have come in.

Horrid. Incredibly rude staff in all showrooms. The best way to describe the attendants is condescending. My family and I will be doing business with other showrooms. It’s clear that this place has lost class during the pandemic.

This is a great venue! They were so easy to work with. They really know how to put on an event! The vendor they use for the drink service was so great! We got customized signature drinks and everything was reasonably priced. The stage was perfect for our Sangeet performances. Having the green room was great for the performers who needed to change into their costumes too.

Installed a Great Gatsby themed event here and the space was wonderful! Onsite security, lots of ramps. No Back loading dock but it worked out ok. The space is so open and the brick walls are beautiful. Theres a big stage area and dance floor, a bar, concealed coat check, 2 elevators and wonderful glass ceiling, a balloon drop was hung on the 4th floor. The staff here were so friendly and nice to work with!! Thank you for a smooth install and clean up experience SFDC!!

It's a pleasure to take the lift to the top and stroll around. You see some really neat stuff you may or may not afford. Really, I'd give it 4 stars if it were not for the rudely officious security staff. Seriously, they could let me re-park my bike from the front to the back instead of kicking me out of the building. OK, they have a lot of sofas to protect. Anyhow, if you go to their third Thursday sip'n'shop, park your bike in the back to boost your chances of drinking your glass of wine.
