A beautiful historical building that is over 110 years old. Exterior neoclassical design with interior theater design of Asian influence of that era. However, at the second level of the Dress Circle seating area can be very stuffy with a full house. A modern AC and air exchanged system is desperately needed. Otherwise, the theater is well managed!

Beautiful place, and not as difficult to get into as one would think if you pay attention. The staff that was there was absolutely amazing. Respectful, helpful and an enjoyment to work with..

Wow! What a venue. It was my first time here and I didn't know what to expect, but definitely not this. I'm so proud we have such a majestic opera house.

beautiful space inside and out. don't forget to visit the restrooms! the main auditorium has excellent acoustics and every seat has a good view of the stage (note however that most balcony seats do not have a view of the orchestra pit)
