Went in. No one was at the front desk. Exited. No one showed up. Walked across to the rental place and asked the guy who was doing his job and at the desk, who said he’d call to see where they were. Not sure if he did but we walked back to the office. No one there still. So I get tired of sitting and waiting, I go outside to see if I could see someone to ask. I did. When I walked back in, two employees were there. No apologies, no greetings. Long story short, neither had a personality AND they quoted me a crazy high amount for the small job I needed. It was a bad experience. I wouldn’t give these ppl my business if they were the last ppl standing. Where’s the warmth these days? Where’s the professionalism when a potential customer walks in the door. If I were a criminal, I could have stolen every computer, phone, and everything else I wanted. We waited a good 20 minutes for an employee to enter the store. Inflated prices, bad attitudes and no one manning their positions. Uh…NO!!
