Our heating system went out on Christmas Eve. SantaAir was one of the only places to respond on Christmas. Tyler came out on Dec 26 to diagnose the issue. He was incredibly polite and knowledgeable. I wanted to invite this guy to dinner. Very fair price for what was completed and very well explained. I would use them again!

Our heater stopped working a couple of weeks back and we were looking for someone to come and determine what repairs were needed. We chose SantaAir in large part because of the positive reviews. They came the same day, and the system was fixed by dinner that evening. The technician (Tyler) exceeded all our expectations. He explained everything to us, gave us options with pros and cons and made a recommendation. He was awesome! When he walked out the door my wife scrambled for a pen and paper because we wanted to be sure we knew who to call the next time we have an issue. It will definitely be SantaAir.
