Absolute recommend. She basically saved my life helping me find my thyroid issues. I didn’t have money to do as many appointments as I’d like, but I’m very greatful for her help, direction, and kind care.

When I met Sarah, my husband and I were getting ready to do IUI at CCRM. I had never been pregnant and had a long history of hormonal dysfunction and thyroid issues. In just our first phone-call, Sarah identified a problem that CCRM and two other doctors missed, and I got pregnant 2.5 weeks later. She also helped me get pregnant a second time! I have recommended Sarah to many, but 7 of my friends and family have gone to see her, and they all got pregnant in a matter of months. Everyone who meets with her says they wish that they had met her sooner. Sarah understands womens' health better than any care provider I've ever encountered. If you're thinking, "but I have this problem that nobody can fix and I just need to do IVF," just talk to Sarah first. You have nothing to lose, and she is way way more affordable and easier than seeing a fertility clinic. Also, fertility clinics have their purpose, but they don't make money by figuring out why you can't get pregnant or why you have a condition. They make money with IUI and IVF. To say that I’m grateful to have met her is an understatement. I have two healthy children thanks to her. Let this be your sign to schedule a consultation!

I absolutely love working with Sarah. After getting Function Health testing I felt uncertain how to move forward and Sarah reviewed my labs and put together a plan for me. With just a few very simple changes to my nutrition + supplementation I have so much more energy. Six months later and I continue to feel better and better. Really grateful for her knowledge and guidance. Highly recommend her!

I met Sarah in 2013, a few weeks after my son was born. I wanted advice with foods to eat to help breastfeeding and tips on losing weight after pregnancy. Not only did I get that, but I also got a partner in health who has helped me navigate learning to feed my son, learning to have a healthy relationship with food, and now she's with me on the journey through perimenopause. Every time I talk to Sarah, she brings calm, wisdom, research and a practical way to integrate good practices into my life. And then she emails me a summary so I can be fully present on our calls instead of trying to take detailed notes. She's a gem and worth every penny!

I have referred several women to Sarah in the past few years. Personally, I found Sarah to be a much-needed guide in my corner while I was going through issues with infertility. She helped me regulate some out-of-whack hormone levels and counseled me through several rounds of IVF. IVF is so draining and I never felt like my doctors had my best interest at heart... but Sarah always did. Highly recommend!
