I had a terrible experience with this company. They charged me $175 for an estimate which they wrote from my home inspection rather than coming to the property, then refused to come and do any work so I could apply the $175 fee. I also received two verbal estimates for work over the phone, but when the written estimates arrived they were more than double the amount I had agreed to verbally. I contacted Eric but he did not care to fix any of this for me.
