We used Sears for 15 years and unfortunately the past experience lost us as a long standing client. The reps did not clean the upholstery items throughly. We have the one tech hanging out in our driveway doing nothing the whole time. We contacted Sears and they were going to send someone back out to redo the chairs. But they never showed up and they never got a call of the cancellation. We asked for a refund and the manager Maria refused to do so even though we took time out of our work scheduled twice only not to have it cleaned.
