The moment we sat down with him, everything changed—he listened carefully, shared ideas, and helped bring our vision to life in a way no one else had. Their customer service is second to none! I went there to get my watchband resized. The lady there was super nice and assisted me promptly. When I asked her: “How much do I owe you?” she said: “It’s on the house”. To say that I was impressed is an understatement. I highly recommend using their services!!!!

It’s not everyday that you meet really cool people and meeting Chris at his store was a true pleasure. I needed a set of springbars for my watch and he meticulously inspected the lugs of the watch and looked for the best springbars available. He treated the whole thing so professionally and with so much attention to detail. After he handed me over my watch with the new springbars, I asked how much it cost. He smiled and said it was no trouble. I insisted but he said it was really nothing. This type of gesture deserves a great deal of positive karma and good luck that I truly wish comes Chris’ way in abundance. I know I’ll think of him and his store when I need to buy my wife some jewelry for sure. I hope you consider his store seriously when shopping for jewelry too.
