Me and my friend went there and the bald guy with glasses was not letting us browse freely and tried to stare us down and was near the door as if we were going to steal. Avoid honestly bad experience

This store only has good customer service representatives that are male. The girls that work in the mid day are rude and whenever I go in to browse the females with both long and short hair are talking about inappropriate things which are Not Safe For Work and racially profile me cause I'm not the same skin color as them as I'm walking throughout the store.

If you’re looking for Labubus here, the Coca Cola one retails for $46.99 but they sell it for a whopping $100. The whole store is overpriced, and this is where the real scalpers are. Not to mention, the staff were rude. They don’t greet you, but they stand around talking loudly at the front. Save your money and check eBay or other sites instead.

Me and my girlfriend went to look for specific funko pops but immediately when we walked in a light skinned girl with blue hair stared us down as soon as we walked in like if we were going to steal something. We noticed she kept flipping through the cameras to any direction we would walk through and would only target us. We got weirded out even though we were actually making a purchase she still gave us attitude. Very unprofessional horrible experience!
