Super professional, wonderful staff. They're flexible and understanding to your schedule and needs. Josh, Kelly, and Andrea are exceptional at listening and applying therapy to your specific issues. They are fantastic and they're healing me. I'm grateful.

Pretty disappointed, didn’t have issues with the front desk. Went for an issue with my knee. The physical therapist, Stephen, was mostly on his phone while telling me stretches to do. If not that, he was talking to other therapists, or trying to show me pictures of rocks he found at the beach. I wouldn’t have minded this as much if my insurance could’ve covered some of these sessions. When I found out they couldn’t, I cancelled my third session, since I didn’t want to go back and do stretches I could do at home while a PT sat on his phone for another $100+. I tried to dispute the charge with my insurance company, and from then on I got calls and emails from select physical therapy nearly once a week about my unpaid bills. Hopefully this place works better if you’ve had a serious injury, and not if you’re just like me, who had a pain that I thought I was being proactive about.

Just echoing what the other reviews have said. My therapist is great, but the front desk person doesn’t really attend to patients and you are often just left waiting even when your therapist is available. I also was not told for the follow up appointments one therapist works with two patients. Plenty of PT facilities that care more about patients, not really worth going imo

After my initial consultation, I went in for my second appointment. After waiting 15 minutes past the start time, I was surprised to find they allocated two patients (me and someone else) for one assistant physical therapist to treat (i.e. a stranger and myself shared an appointment with one assistant PT). There was no heads up on this, which is extremely unprofessional. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Shane is beyond exceptional. He’s kind, smart, reassuring, great at explaining the recovery process and muscles involved in the recovery, and genuinely cares about his patients. Even when he has two patients at once, he makes you feel like you’re the only person in the room. I truly look forward to our PT sessions…who’d have thought that they’d be the highlights of my week!?
