Booked a deep clean for $170. The cleaner was polite and clearly worked hard — the bathroom and floors looked good afterward. However, the overall result felt more like a standard maintenance clean than a true deep clean. The kitchen sink still had visible debris/buildup, and I was surprised the cleaner didn’t arrive with basic tools like a broom or mop (I loaned mine during the appointment). For the price point, I expected a bit more detail and equipment. Not a terrible experience, but it didn’t quite match the “deep clean” expectations at this price.

After my initial review, the company reached out and sent someone else to re-clean my home — and I am so glad they did. The second cleaner worked her butt off and did an amazing job. My oven and bathtub look incredible, and you can truly see the difference in the attention to detail. I really appreciate the company making it right and sending someone who took pride in her work. That kind of customer service goes a long way.
