Came in on one of their specials and am very happy I did! They were prompt getting me in and consents done. The face scan is amazing how it breaks down everything going on with your facial skin. The facial was wonderful; very relaxing and comfortable. The ethetician was fabulous! She made me feel comfortable and did the best facial I've received yet.

Every esthetician I’ve seen (5 or 6 of them) and every reception employee has been so wonderful and welcoming and lovely. They really take care of you. We’re working hard on my skin goals together and I feel like they really care and want to help me feel my best!

I got a facial from Marshaila this week and I couldn’t be happier with my results!! I was nervous because I have never had a facial before, they walked me through the entire process, made sure I felt comfortable and knowledgeable over everything. Marshaila was so sweet and reassuring, I almost fell asleep because of how relaxing the environment was!! Not too mention how cute and clean the actual spa itself was, definitely coming back:))

This place is shady, shady, shady. It gave me the ick as soon as I walked in. It’s not “serene,” it’s a boxy bay with a hallway of rooms and it’s not very quiet. I booked a hydrofacial and the aesthetician was not going to give me one until I pressed her on it. The service was rushed, probs bc they are like a nail salon wanting to get as many people in and out as possible, and the fact that I declined any service package. You pay for your appointment in advance, they really want that cc number. Then you get the full court press on their skincare and facial packages once you arrive. All while a creepy, and not particularly friendly, man overlords the place. As I was walking in, said man had an employee outside and it looked like they were having a heated conversation. I just saw a story on WOWT about how this place rips you off. Look it up, it’s right there for the city to see. This place is a SCAM! *As for the response below, they doth protest too much! Read the reviews, people! There is a thread that ties these individual experiences together. You can try to discredit me all you want, but I experienced it myself. You don’t get to rewrite history. I hope these reviews cost you business. You are the poster child for bait and switch tactics. Get people in at a reasonable price and then try to gouge them. It’s reprehensible. I’m disgusted by places like this. Shame on you for lying. It was THIS exact location that was featured on WOWT in Omaha. Go ahead and try to dispute that!
