Christine is a great instructor! She makes an early morning Saturday class fun… hard work… but fun! This studio is more spacious than Uptown.

I LOVE Session. I’ve been to dozens of Pilates studios and there’s truly not one like this. I am someone with a dance background so having a class that goes to the beat of the music makes it that much better. Every instructor is incredible and they take the time to get to know everyone. Couldn’t recommend this studio more.
