Great little meditation center, I had never meditated before I went for the free meditation instruction (every Sunday morning at 10AM). No need to bring your own cushion, they have really comfortable "gomden" meditation cushions you can use. The open sitting typically has 10 to 20 people attend, always very open-minded and welcoming. I also took a "level one" weekend retreat there and it was extremely helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone trying to get into meditation!
