Mel is awesome; has a lot of knowledge in skin health and is excellent at matching products and routines to your skin. A lot of research has gone into the products she uses on you. She didn't push sales and I have to say buying them from her is likely your best option. I had a facial and also had my brows mapped and tinted and I'm obsessed...my brows have always been very blonde and peach fuzzy with not much shape. I've never had them professionally done before. The color is an EXACT match to my hair color and they look absolutely perfect and natural. I'm sad I didn't do better before and after, I hate pics of myself, but this was too good so I've put up a comparison.
