I will take my business to a place that actually appreciates it. Paid for a package 3 weeks before my scheduled appointment upon a recommendation from the receptionist. Showed up 5 minutes before my appointment to be told I had to do a consultation because my skin was and "... darker toned. I wad appalled. I have a real ESTHETICS TECHNICIAN who performed more abrasive procedures. I should have been made aware of this before I paid $500 for a package. My appointment was at 1 15 they allowed people whose appointments that were after me go before me. This location gives a vibe of......... I will be going elsewhere and if you really care about service you will spend your money were your appreciated @
