i signed up for two separate skin treatments (priced separately) which were supposed to take approximately 1 hour each - total of 2 hours. They combined both treatments for a total of 45 minutes. I let the front desk lady know when she asked me how it went and wanted payment. She acted like she had no idea. She was the one who set it all up, left the room, and met up with me 45 minutes later. She had to know! I stated that I shouldn't be expected to pay for 2 separate treatments when they combined the treatments and used only 45 minutes of time. She agreed, was kind about it, and offered me a free facial but didn't actually move forward to schedule it. After having such a bad experience the first time, I will not be back. There are many other legitimate businesses I will devote my time and money to. It is a shame to offer something on their website (even suggesting the amount of time it will take) amd then doing something totally different once the person is at the facility. Poor business management!
