I have given this park 2 tries. The first time I was not happy and today, again I am not happy. Yes, we received a ticket discount, but the food is very high prices and the souvenir cup with “refills” is $10 plus $3.50 each refill. The place is very very dirty especially the bathrooms! Disgusting. And the employees do not supervise the kids. They walk around but do not pay attention. I watched a kid jump and land on his side off the trampoline crying and not one employee saw. The rules say one person in trampoline…nope…a teenager almost landed on my daughter. It’s our chaos. If you want your kids to have a great clean affordable place to jump…go to urban air!

Attended a party back in October and all the kids that attended got a vip pass with a water bottle. Great right. Apparently its one per family. Such an inconvenience. We had to pay out of pocket for 2 kids. Then the place is falling apart… those orange home depot buckets are to catch water leaking for the ceiling. Thats just an accident waiting to happen. Either someone trips on it or someone tips it over and the water spills everywhere and someone slips. Then we HAVE to sign waivers so if anything were to happen the company wouldn’t be liable except this isn't on us…? Make it make sense. This place needs to be shut down and fixed.

Been a member on and off the last 2 winters, The good: plenty to do, usually safe for my youngest kid (4 yo) w/ mostly younger kids, fun to watch them grow in ability each trip and try new tricks. The bad: every time I’m here a piece of equipment in either/both obstacle course(s) is down & nothing has been replaced in almost a year. It’s impossible to complete one of them at this point, huge gaps that Michael Jordan couldn’t jump. Bathroom is usually not in great shape. Owners please invest in/budget for upkeep/maintenance. This place has to be making enough money, skip a vacation or two next year. Update: 8/5/25 they fixed everything! My kids appreciate it.
