DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! This place changed back in Aug 2025 when they updated their website. It was hard to navigate and make our appointments only since this place is by appointment only. Ever since then, every single time we are having to wait half an hour or longer for our appointment. They only offer apologies and NO discounts. I would understand if this happened randomly. But for this to happen every single time we come, is simply unacceptable. Then when I did raise my concerns, the owner stated sending me a barrage of text messages. How is this professional??? DO NOT GO HERE. Avoid the stress. Take your money elsewhere. By the way, our first appointment was at 12:00 and my child was seated at 12:23. So NO, it was NOT 9 minutes after the fact. It WAS 23 minutes. I advise YOU the owner to take better care of your clients.

My experience here has always been great. Nadia took very good care of my son—she was fast, patient, and efficient. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. My son usually doesn’t like getting haircuts due to his autism, but here he’s comfortable, happy, and well taken care of. Truly appreciate the service. HAPPY THANKSGIVING

I went for a haircut for my 1 year old daughter for the first time and they charged an extremely expensive $30 for her bangs and left some bangs longer than others.

I took my daughter here for a simple bang trim, and the whole thing took less than 5 minutes. They charged me $28 for it, and on top of that, the haircut was uneven and poorly done. Very disappointed — definitely not worth the price or the experience.
