Alex was my service tech. He was on time both days that he was here. I found him to be very professional and of a pleasant nature. I will say that my double oven was not the easiest to handle but being attentive to details he managed it well and I had no scaring of the cabinet the oven sets in. He cleaned up after himself, we conversed as I wrote the check and would call him again or refer him to a friend or family member.
