I was on vacation for a wedding and SOI got my eyebrows right! the service was so fast and a great price, im sad I don't have this at home.

I have been coming here for years and they are the best! The only reason I’m rating 3 stars is because it has happened to me several times where I schedule an appointment and when I come in the person I scheduled with is unavailable. What is the point of scheduling appts and not being able to get my services done when I get there. It’s a real inconvenience since I scheduled an appointment during my lunch break and I couldn’t even get brows done since the girl was on her lunch break which is understandable. My issue is why is allowing us to schedule appointments when they aren’t going to be available

Went there for the first time, the place was very clean. The ladies there were really nice and friendly. I took my daughter and we both got our eye brows threaded. Both ladies that took care of us did a great job with our eye brows. We will definitely be coming back.

I’ve never had a bad eyebrow threading experience in my life. And I’ve been here many times this last experience was horrible. I’ve noticed they have new ladies doing brows they do not know how to do threading this place is not what it use to be. I’m so sad about my eyebrows right now. You can see from the picture I’m missing a whole chunk on side and she over did the tops of my brow and I’ve lost my good natural shape. I’m not one to complain nor am I picky. But I’m super upset right now.

Very easy and fast service. When I checked in, the wait said it would be around a 15 minute wait. I maybe sat for 5 minutes. I was a little nervous because I’m picky about my eyebrows and hasn’t been here before. However , the lady (I should have asked her name) first chair in the right did exactly what I asked. The receptionist was sweet as well. Great experience, will definitely be back.
