This place will tell you that they have a service guarantee and when you go in to get the touch ups they will not honor that guarantee. I would not recommend this tattoo shop to anybody visiting Austin, TX.

the owner bart was so cool, chill and kind! i walked in at 2pm on a tuesday to get my fingers tattooed and was done in less than an hour. super reasonably priced and i always feel so comfortable and welcomed unlike most tattoo shops in austin! i will never not come back here 10000/10
