Very rude shop attender, whoever was at 6:30 pm 12/19/2025. She said, she has to close the shop as her shift was over. But after 30 mins we crossed the same shop.. she was still there.May be she want to be alone 😏. Worst customer service. We bought fridge magnets etc but am thinking why the hell i entered this shop.. my whole Quebec experience was down because of this single shop

They had Quebec plate fridge magnet that I collected and added to my province collection. Very decent price too. Had plenty of other souvenirs.

Very rude shop clerk. Spent $30 on two ponchos there (which was fine, we needed the ponchos) but when I asked for a bag during checkout she said, “you need a bag for that???” in a very unkind tone and as if in blatant disbelief. I said yes—I need something to put the poncho bag in. She then scoffed, turned around, and rudely slapped a paper bag on the counter. I just spent $28 on a few sheets of plastic at your store, and you’re questioning my need for a bag? Seriously? Poor customer service. The people across the corner are much nicer. Go there instead!

Go somewhere else; there are plenty of other souvenir shops to put up with. February 8: A very disrespectful employee told us to leave as soon as we entered if we didn't plan to buy anything by 8:40 p.m., claiming the shop closed at 9:00 p.m. when it actually closes online at 10:00 p.m. (disregarding opening hours). Completely unfriendly (no greeting or thank you), she turned off the music to pressure us to leave while we were shopping (it wasn't even 9:00 p.m.), even though my friend had already spent $110 on souvenirs. I absolutely do not recommend this place and will never bring visitors there again to buy souvenirs.
