He walked me through all the options and made sure I found exactly what I needed. The service was fast and the whole process was smooth. This is the WORST CUSTOMER Service company 😡 I’ve ever experienced. Their front desk ladies (and specifically LAUREY) are ill -mannered, RUDE, and UNPROFESSIONAL either zero customer service skills. I had a technician dispatched and my husband and I paid $145. We agreed to move forward with repairing our home sauna. Nobody reached out until I called 2 weeks later to follow up. It took over a month to get it done. And with every phone call and my follow up calls, their customer service has gotten worse. Please don’t use this company- unless you want to be treated with the utmost and professionalism and rudeness.. LAUREY, you are the worst! 😡

Started off calling Spa Inspectors to troubleshoot our Jacuzzi J-335 Hot Tub, pump would not shut off. Oscar set me up an appointment with Johnny coming out. Johnny called me when he would arrive, pulled off cover board, checked out a few things, recommended a new control board, one of the relays is frozen. Called Oscar, got a price quote with recommended top control board to be replace too. I agreed to the quote, a week later, Johnny came out, installed both, but still had a problem, but was with the new parts. Johnny let me know, the parts have to be reordered, luckily, I did not replace the parts myself, might not have got the parts replaced due to not being an authorized dealer. Couple weeks go by, parts are in Oscar worked with my schedule, Johnny came out again, replaced parts, winner winner chicken dinner. Our hot tub is back to working great. We used Spa Specialist in 2024 for replacing flow pump, and water fall. They are our go to repair specialist for our hot tub. Kudos to Johnny, Oscar, Monique, and Laurie for working with me on successful completions. Five Star *****
