Joe and Chaz were super friendly during the whole process. Chaz worked with my night schedule to find a time that works best for me and Joe provided clear communication during the day of service. I appreciated the feedback back email after the service was complete that clearly told me what they did and found through out the house and my yard while spraying for pest. Over all it as a positive experience

Sparks is the best! On time, knowledge and best of all excellent pricing! I had other companies come out for service and they always tried to upsell me things I didn’t want or need. It was after 5 pm on Friday night when we discovered our problem. We are so thankful we contacted Sparks Pest Control. They are the ABSOLUTE BEST from start to finish! They treated us so well and never gave off any vibe that we were a nuisance. Chas, managed our call and worked diligently to make sure we'd get the help needed. Joe, our Technician was fantastic. He arrived right on time, was friendly, listened to our concerns and got right to work. We so much appreciate his knowledge and advice. He took care of everything and gave us some measures we could take to prevent a re-occurence. When he was finished he stayed until he was sure there wasn't anything else needed and that we were comfortable with his service. This is the company to CALL FIRST Professional, prompt, competent and they are very serious about having the best customer service out there! Thank you so much for all your help.
