Terrible experience. One piece of equipment was put together incorrectly. Waited for weeks for that to be corrected. Ongoing issues with the equipment since purchase, broken pulleys, treadmill squeaking, so much more. Then we purchased the warranty and complete waste of money! It’s impossible to get them to call you back or respond to an email with 20 attempts. Just terrible service all the way around.
