Contacted them a week ago. Office lady had trouble finding the email. Then when asked if and when they could make a repair, I was told that she would have to check with "Manny". I checked back a couple of days later and she said it would take a day or two. It has been a week now and I have received NO contact from them at all. I contacted another company - AZ Furniture Repair. They responded immediately and will be coming out today to do the repair. Very disappointed in Speedy.

The owners really went the extra mile to make sure everything was right with the repair of the furniture I brought in. Their prices are very reasonable and you can tell they put a great deal of love into their business. Of you wonder where antique stores get their repair work done, here's an example. The caned seats on two of our antique chairs were badly torn, but Gustavo and crew replaced them with perfectly matched caning, and then painted/stained them with great skill to match the tone and luster of the originals. Put side to side, they're perfect. We were concerned that we would wait for weeks and wouldn't have them back before Christmas, but the guys picked then up on a Thursday and delivered them back on Tuesday the 17th. "Speedy" is the right name, but "care and high quality" should be the subtitle!

I was disappointed in the quality of the work they performed for the price I paid. Drawers are still difficult to open and bottoms of drawers are not secure and are still falling out with any pressure. Have called a couple times and no one responds. Not very happy.
