My absolute favorite local barre studio. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed, supported, and energized. The instructors are knowledgeable, inspiring, and genuinely care about proper form and community. Every class leaves me feeling stronger, more grounded, and so glad I showed up. Truly a special space ✨

I have been going to Spirit Barre for years. The instructors are very friendly and experienced. They always come up with different ways to challenge you and motivate you in the class. I particularly enjoy the seasonal class attendance challenges. They really motivate me to go during the winter months. I also like how the Studio supports charity work. Mats and Mutts (mat pilates sessions with adoptable puppies from rescues running around) is a wonderful way to exercise and support charity.

Love this studio. The instructors are all energetic, motivating, fun and such pros.They make each class their own unique style, from the playlists, to the warmup, to the order of muscle groups- each class is different. No matter who is teaching the class, you will get a great full body workout. I love that each instructor is encouraging, even for beginners or if you are having an off day and not feeling 100%. They provide both modifications to make things more challenging or less and as always "you do you". They also do the whole workout WITH you, so they feel your pain every step of the way. I've been coming here for years and highly recommend it. You won't regret it:)
