The place was very clean, and the staff were very friendly. The essential oils smelled wonderful and made me feel very relaxed. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would recommend this place.

Really terrible couples massage. I hate writing bad reviews at service locations but this experience was really bad and left me feeling achy. I’m not sure that my masseuse was even certified because the way that she was massaging my body felt really odd and as someone who gets massages regularly, her technique was something I’ve never experienced. She was pushing on my spine and moving the muscles around my spine/neck in a really strange way. I did stop to tell her that I didn’t want her to massage my neck area or my spine area anymore because it was hurting. Aside from that, they were both walking in and out of the room. And actually the person who started off, massaging my partner randomly left, and another person returned. My partner also shared with me that they felt like the masseuse was putting pressure in places that felt painful instead of relaxing. Unfortunately they made us pay before the session so nothing we could do unless we awkwardly tried to communicate that they were terrible. I highly don’t recommend.

It stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, making me feel incredibly relaxed. The service is exceptionally attentive, the environment is elegant and comfortable, and there are even discounts available during the holiday season. 😏

Spoil Yourself Spa is truly a hidden gem in Bay Area. Every visit feels warm and welcoming—the front desk staff are incredibly pleasant, always greeting you with a smile and making you feel like part of the family. It’s that kind of genuine hospitality that really sets this place apart. I’ve had massages with both lily and Kathy, and both are excellent in their own ways. Lily has soft, gentle hands, making her perfect for a deep tissue when you want therapeutic results without too much intensity. Her approach is calming and ideal if you’re looking to unwind. Kathy on the other hand, is incredibly strong and skilled—she’s the one to see if you‘ve been holding onto deep tension. Her sessions are intense and targeted, and while you might be sore for a day or two afterward, the relief is absolutely worth it. It’s clear that everyone on the team takes pride in their work and cares about your overall experience. Whether you’re coming in for massage therapy, or just some self-care time, Spoil Yourself Spa delivers quality, comfort, and a real sense of community. Highly recommended!
