I’m 42 years old and currently live in Florida. After injuring my right shoulder during yoga and not properly caring for it afterward, I developed tendinosis and possible tendinitis and bursitis in that shoulder. Additionally, I was dealing with arthritis and a small tear in my right patellar tendon. At first, I tried to ignore the pain and push through my workouts, but that only made things worse. It also interfered with my ability to enjoy activities I love like yoga and paddle boarding, and I eventually found myself being far less active than I wanted to be. Around that time, my mom had started working for a doctor who practices regenerative medicine and often talked about the positive outcomes she was seeing with patients. That encouraged me to book an appointment, and I ultimately decided to try stem cell therapy. I received my injections in July 2025. It wasn’t until I was checking out after my appointment that I was handed a recovery packet and told to give one of the sheets to my physical therapist, to which I inwardly replied, “My what?” I had no idea that physical therapy would be required afterward, as our consultation had focused entirely on the stem cell procedure itself, not the recovery process. When I reviewed the packet, I saw that the first few weeks emphasized rest, so I didn’t feel an immediate need to find a physical therapist. I even considered skipping physical therapy altogether, since I hadn’t budgeted for that additional expense. However, after about a month, I felt ready to start moving more but was afraid to do so on my own. I began researching online and came across Stem Cell Recovery Experts on YouTube. I also looked into local physical therapy clinics but couldn’t find any that specialized in stem cell recovery. After an initial phone consultation with Stem Cell Recovery Experts, I decided to take the plunge and sign up for the three-month program. To be honest, I was a bit skeptical about whether a virtual program would actually work. Ultimately, I moved forward for two main reasons: first, the virtual format was much more convenient with my work schedule, and second, I wanted to work with someone who specifically specialized in stem cell recovery. I was paired with Dr. Branden, who was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about stem cells. What I appreciated most was how he met me exactly where I was and customized the program to my needs. He was always willing to modify exercises as needed and consistently explained the why behind each movement, which made me feel confident and informed throughout the process. During my initial assessment, Dr. Branden asked about my goals. I explained that I wanted to (1) regain independence with activities of daily living, as my shoulder pain had made tasks like washing my hair and brushing my teeth difficult, and (2) return to basic strength training, which I knew was important at my age. Throughout the program, he adapted exercises based on my ability and helped me gradually expand my comfort zone so I could begin moving safely again. Dr. Branden and the entire Stem Cell Recovery team were also readily available to answer questions through the Skool app and email. Although I am only six months out from my injections and have completed my three-month program, I can confidently say that I am significantly improved compared to where I started (yes, I can wash my hair and brush my teeth again!). I no longer have to guess whether I’m doing exercises correctly, because every aspect of the program was tailored specifically to me. To anyone feeling skeptical about taking the plunge, I completely understand — I was skeptical too. But I am so glad I trusted my gut and made this investment in my health. It is definitely a commitment -- you have to be willing to put in the work and do the exercises -- but it is worth it! Stem Cell Recovery Experts are the real deal and I cannot recommend them enough.

I’ve had go to physical therapy off and on for various injuries / surgeries for the last 25+ years. This is the first time I’ve actually had my physical therapist, Dr. Brandon take the time to ask all the right questions, listen to what was going on and give me an comprehensive plan making changes along the way. I’ve been going to Sports Performance for a year, the longest I’ve ever stuck with PT. The results have been better than I ever expected.

If you are serious about healing whatever injury is limiting your physical performance and are willing to put in the time and effort to become the best physical version of yourself, then this is the place for you. I struggled with chronic back pain for over 10 years, but Doctor Brandon gave me the knowledge, confidence, and tools to heal myself and get back to living the active lifestyle that I love. There’s no magic pill anyone can give you to fix your body but if you’re willing to put in the time and effort, sports performance can help you get there. I cannot recommend this place enough. I look forward to continuing my fitness journey with sports performance and doctor Brandon!

I tore my ACL in March while attempting a trick on skis. As a law student with a very busy schedule, I had to wait until August to undergo surgery. The injury took a significant toll on me both physically and mentally, but the one silver lining throughout this experience was the incredible support I received from my physical therapists at Sports Performance. Thanks to their expertise and dedication, I was able to walk without crutches within just two weeks post-surgery. I’m truly grateful for the hard work they put in and for the strong relationships I have built with the entire team. They not only helped me recover physically, but their care and encouragement gave me the mental strength to stay focused on my recovery. I genuinely feel that they care about me and my goal of getting back on the mountain. I can't thank them enough for all they've done.
