I enjoyed browsing and seeing all the antique and vintage finds. I think the prices from many of the vendors are more expensive compared to prices for similar items at some of the antique malls in Conroe and in Tomball.

I visited this place for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised by how big and beautiful it is. My fiancé and I fell in love with a stunning tray and some decorative pears. Initially, the tray had a price tag, but the pears didn’t. We asked an employee for clarification, and she kindly informed us that since the pears didn’t have price tags, she would assume they were included with the vase. However, she decided to double-check with the dealer. Unfortunately, the dealer’s contact information wasn’t available at the booth, so she returned and informed us that the pears were $3 each (there were 8 of them) but that everything in the booth was 25% off. After some thought, we decided to purchase it because we really loved the set. When we got to the cashier, however, we were told that the pears were not part of the discount. We explained that an employee had specifically told us otherwise. The cashier, who identified herself as the manager, abruptly said, “You can call the dealer if you want, but I’m the manager, and I’m telling you the pears are not discounted.” Her attitude made us feel like we were being dishonest or trying to get something for free, which was absolutely not the case. All I wanted to say was: I shouldn’t have to call the dealer, we are just saying what we were told. Chill, as we weren’t arguing or trying to cause a scene. Your own employee told us the pears were part of the discount. You should know that the dealer’s contact information wasn’t provided, which is why your employee had to make that call through you in the first place. Ultimately, we left without making the purchase because the customer service experience was so unpleasant. It’s disappointing because we truly loved the items but were made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. PS. Here’s the freaking tray with pears.
