Came here for a quick lunch. The food was good but not spectacular. I appreciated that they cooked my dish with fresh tofu vs fried per my request. The crispy chicken was the wrong choice for us. It was deep fried chicken skin so it was not a healthy choice. It was very busy and it seems like it has a loyal lunchtime crowd. The service was fast and efficient.

Sriracha Thai is no frills, tasty Thai food with a cozy cafe like ambience. The Thai fried rice was great with the sweet spicy and shrimpy. The tom kha was mild and creamy. The green curry was very fragrant and on the thicker side. The chicken wings were a tad sweet. Service was great. And proximity to Golden gate park makes it a solid option for affordable tasty Thai food in SF. Will be going back.

Sriracha Thai Cuisine offers classic Thai dishes with a modern culinary sensibility. The restaurant is pleasantly decorated, and the staff is authentically Thai, which adds to the welcoming atmosphere. One should not come here expecting a deep dive into the vast treasure of Thailand's multiple regional cuisines. Instead, the restaurant focuses on the classic dishes that have become popular in the United States. However, what sets this place apart is its skillful application of modern kitchen techniques. For example, the tofu in our stir-fry was not simply tossed in, but was first battered and deep-fried before being stir-fried. This process created a wonderful texture—crispy on the outside while remaining moist on the inside—a culinary touch not commonly practiced in traditional Thai restaurants. The speed of preparation was also impressive, with our dishes arriving beautifully presented and "Instagram-ready" within minutes of ordering. However, we were met with a significant disappointment. We found that the curry, a cornerstone of any decent Thai restaurant, is not made in-house but comes from a pre-made mix. While the resulting dish was not bad, it lacked the depth and freshness of a homemade curry. This is a crucial shortcut, especially since making curry paste is a fairly simple process that many amateur cooks undertake regularly. This single detail is what holds the restaurant back from achieving true excellence. The kitchen's technical skill is evident, but had the restaurant committed to making its own curry, it would easily be a top-tier establishment. As it stands, it's very good, but misses the mark on a fundamental element of authentic Thai cooking. As ordinary consumers, we are not paid or compensated in any way for this review. We offer this feedback in the hope that the restaurant will take this final step toward greatness.

This is a really cute spot! Only had to wait 5 minutes for a table, but the area is filled. A very warm environment for a date night! Food was amazing, we got a curry pan fried chicken pot sticker, grilled prawns, and pad se eww. All the food tasted amazing, and I’ll definitely come back.

We bumped into a couple that just exited the restaurant who told us that the food is awesome. So usually when that happens it's definitely great and the expectations were accordingly high. What shall I say - It was mouthwateringly delicious! The Laab was one of the best I've ever had and the Ice tea is just absolutely awesome (I ordered 2!) For the main course I had the "south thai-style fried chicken" (I don't recall the asian name, I'm sorry) It was the most tender and crispiest chicken I had in a long time. We'll definitely want to come back here and I can recommend this place without any hesitation!
