$19 for a used dress, these people are getting more and more out of line. $48 for an old chair, I don't recommend it anymore.

Donated here for years... While I was donating a large piece of furniture, my car broke down at the drop off area. I still donated the 6' dining table and asked if I could come back in the evening with my husband to get the car. The very kind staff said "yes," but when we came back, the manager towed our vehicle despite having given us permission to park and violating a city of Dallas towing ordinance. We've had a lot of difficulty tracking down our car, and instead of being understanding and kind about it, the manager doubled down on his stance, blaming me. What kind of charitable organization is this? Where is the care for your fellow human being? What a disappointment. I will find another organization to assist.

I was wowed when I came into this place. It's a whole new world for me. Varieties of stuff and lots of people were in and out like a grocery store. Prices were really low and discounts were in high rates

No fitting room AND no exchanges/returns, so buying clothes from here is a risk. That said I have found a couple cute things for great prices!
