Deserves a zero. They are extremely deceptive. Check the BBB site first. F rating and have now lost their accreditation due to failure to respond to any complaints or requests by the BBB. Time to start holding these corporations responsible folks!! I URGE YOU TO DO BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!

As a person with astigmatism this place was the wrong choice. They prescribed me incorrectly twice and they made me pay for the eye exam even though they are the ones who made the mistake. The manager there is not very helpful. Also, the second time I went he didn't run my insurance although it was a new one and not the previous one I had used. another thing is they sold me extra expensive contacts which ended up not really working that great for me. I do not recommend going here.

She helped me pick out the best contact brand for the best price, and helped me understand what TruBlue lenses do! She treated me and my father like family, and made my appointment feel like a visit with a friend. Me and my father felt super comfortable and happy during our visit.

Incredible experience. The woman who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and professional and went above and beyond to make sure I had the perfect prescription and the perfect fit. You really don't get customer service like this anywhere anymore. Every need was met precisely and I got my glasses the same day despite my abnormally large head !
