HORRIBLE! Called 3 times and got the "we'll call you back in 10 minutes". After the 3 calls and waiting 4 hours, I decided to buy the part from somebody else. "Peggy" called me back to tell me what a waste of time I was and kept ranting, then hung up on me. I called back to ask for the manager. She took the phone away from the respondent and apparently Peggy IS the manager. She hung up on me again. Do NOT deal with these people. Horrible customer service.
