The team did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets at a great price and arrived right on time. I highly recommend their carpet cleaning services in San Jose for several reasons: 1) Bryson responded quickly when I requested an estimate online. 2) He stuck to the quoted price! He did mention an extra service for dryer vent cleaning after I asked about it, but he was very respectful when I decided not to add it. I liked how he suggested the option without pushing it. 3) Bryson was careful with my home and made sure to ask before bringing in his equipment. He was also very considerate around my cats. 4) He was upfront about the challenge of removing an old protein drink stain, saying he would do his best to improve it but couldn’t guarantee it would be completely gone. In the end, he managed to remove the whole stain, which was a pleasant surprise! 5) Before leaving, Bryson noticed a few drops of water on the floor from his hoses and quickly wiped them up without being asked. Bryson was professional, respectful, and provided excellent carpet cleaning service at a fair price. I’ve already reached out for another estimate to clean three more rooms in my home!

Shaun was very professional, arrived right on time, and did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. I have wall-to-wall carpet in one of the bedrooms that had a tough stain for a while, but Shaun was able to get it out and really made the carpet look new again. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants their carpets cleaned by a professional, especially if you have pets. Shaun did a great job removing pet urine from my area rugs and deodorized them so they smell fresh.

My carpet was really dirty, and even though I had tried to clean it myself before, nothing worked as well as this.
