Unfortunately Stevena have a customer that with his income qualify to buy a home, he presented 3 different offers in different houses and none of them was able to close because he didn't have enough money for the down payment and closing cost and at the end they were negotiating with the seller to pay for her client. I was in contact with the agents, but finally he was no able to complete the transaction, during the time of my contact with the client the necessity of money to close the transaction was advise.

Stevena, is a really great realtor I'm so glad I picked her when I was searching realtors on google. She is a natural at being a realtor, and I would recommend her to anyone. She listens to people concerns and she really works hard to find people what they want in a house and she remembers the things that people don't want.
