Got me sorted for a small repair in 2 minutes and refused to charge me for it.

Took 2 t shirts here to have the length adjusted. The attitude of the man who served me was extremely argumentative from the very start but I tolerated it as other people who’ve served me here have been really nice and always did a good job. But terrible attitude from one of the owners then when I came to collect them he tried to tell me I was there on too early even though I came a few days after the day he said he then tried to argue about that with me before speaking in whatever foreign language he speaks with his client. Also charged me £50 to shorten 2 t shirts but I saw a label for another 2 t shirts having the same service charged at £40 so he clearly just makes the price up as he goes along. Wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone the lady upstairs in Cardiff market is far nicer to deal with and does a faster, cheaper and better job. As someone who runs a business myself I have no idea why anyone would want to talk to their clients like dirt but clearly customer service doesn’t exist where he comes from

I recently had a wardrobe Malfunction with a button on my trousers that popped off, and was looking on google for somewhere to fix this and I came across Stiches and I reached out to them for help, no problem bring them and we will sort it and fixed the issue there and then. Many thanks!
